Just to thank you for all your help and patience during the time we took to make a decision to purchase a fireplace and TV. I seemed to be on the phone to you daily with endless queries etc and you were always there with the answers and nothing seemed too much trouble. It still has not ceased to be a marvel when the top of the fireplace rises up and out comes this massive plasma TV!! When you said you can leave your ornaments etc. on the top during the process I wasn’t quite sure whether to risk it! As you well knew there was never going to be a problem.
